TRE Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises

 

TRE Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises is a body up therapy to restore your nervous system from the flight, fight and freeze response.

With no talk therapy needed you are guided through the 7 Exercises designed by Dr David Bercelli that initiate your natural tremor mechanism.This allows you body to take you through a restorative pattern, lowering your cortisol and creating a restful mind, body balance.

TRE can be used as a stand alone practice to reduce stress, trauma, body tension, aid sleep, digestion and your bodies side effects to overload. TRE works well alongside other modalities of therapies.

 

Eye Treatments

Eye treatments enhance the appearance and health of the delicate skin around the eyes, tints give you longer lashes, eyebrow shaping opens your eye area, reducing the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles for a refreshed and youthful look. Victoria Tint test - necessary 48hours prior to your first tinting treatments. Must be booked before you arrive for your eye brow or eye lash tinting. This price is included in with your treatment cost.

Hair Removal Waxing

Body waxing is a popular hair removal method that extracts unwanted hair from the roots for a smooth, long-lasting result and smooth finish, Hot Wax and Warm Wax will be available. 

This treatment will be a careful experience designed to keep you feeling as relaxed as possible whilst being effective in hair removal.

Manicures and Pedicures

Manicures and Pedicures are infused with softening Tropic Skincare collections with foot spa or hand bath, cuticle and nail work with a moisturising massage, exfoliation and chosen colour of MaggieAnne, Natures Strong or The Gel Bottle nail polish. Your desired time allows for the treatment to suit your needs wether thats a Spruce up or Revitalising. Vegan, cruelty free and top 10 chemical free polish.

Heated paraffin wax treatments will incase your hands and feet within heated mitts/booties. Sit and relax whilst they work their hydrating magic. Your hands and feet will be left feeling rejuvenated and smooth ready for the world.

All over Body Love

Your bespoke pregnancy treatment will be infused with Tropic Skincare with the gorgeous Elixir serum and Body Love moisturiser to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged ready for the new path ahead together.
Treatments are only available for pregnancy 12 weeks onwards - 2nd trimester. Please book once you have had your first 12 week scan 👣

Body Exfoliation

The Body Smooth Refreshing Polish is gently exfoliating your skin to leave it feeling rejuvenated. With a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage included in this treatment it is the perfect way to say thank you to your skin. 

The Perfect Skin resurfacing treatment is an all over top to toe body polish and massage. Infused with your choice of Tropic skincare you will be caring for your skin, body and mind.

 

Facials

Pure Indulgence, this self care facial which is designed specially for you.

Your bespoke body massage will be infused in Tropic skincare essential body oils to create a sense of well-being. Dan has expertise in Sports Massage as well as rejuvenating massage treatments. Your massage will be suited to you, your desired time, the areas of tension you are holding in your body, he is guided by you for a relaxing and restorative massage.

Cornish Head Massage

Relax into your Bespoke Cornish Head Massage, designed to release tensions and lift your spirits. This clarifies your mind and nurtures your soul. Your head massage will be infused with Tropic Skincare, cleansing and exfoliating your face, then focusing on your head, face, neck, shoulders and décolleté to re-energise your muscles and skin.

Couples Treatments

Perfect for friends, family or couples who would like to have their spa treatments at the same time as each other. 

We have a beautiful wooden cabin which has two treatment rooms side by side.  

One room is for Massage therapy and the other for Facials or Cornish head massage.

30 minute Couples treatment will enable you to choose:

1 x Half body 30min Massage per person
1 x Facial or Head 30min Massage per person 

 

​50 minute Couples treatment will enable you to choose:

1 x Full body 50min Massage per person
1 x Facial or Head 50min Massage per person 

 

Allowing you to relax together at the same time. 

 

Aromatherapy with Beth

Full Body Aromatherapy Massage with Beth offers treatments to suit your individual needs with preferred timings. This is a medium to light pressure massage to relax and unwind your body and mind using Essential Oils. AromaTouch sessions offer a harmonious blend of essential oils applied along key energy meridians and visceral contact points, combined with Beth’s unique ability to channel healing energies. This thoughtful integration promotes full-body relaxation and emotional well-being, supporting healthy autonomic function and leaving you in a state of profound tranquillity. Beth works as a holistic therapist but also a conduit for healing energy, drawing on her connection with spirit guides to enhance each treatment. A consultation here with Katy is a tailored trial to design a bespoke makeup or hairstyle which will not only compliment your wedding style, but will make you look and feel your most beautiful too. Approx 2 hours. Katy also offers plant based lash lift and tint to enhance your natural lashes, and lasting up to six weeks. Containing collagen and keratin to nourish and protect, promoting length and volume. Lashlift treatments make the most of your natural lashes without the need for extensions, micro-blading or the daily use of mascara. Approx 1.5hours
