Sundays at 2pm I will be hosting TRE as a drop in group session for £15 per person.

Starting this Sunday 24th November

Perfect to explore bodywork and let your body do the talking.

For beginners to experience TRE for the first time and to create a community space for your TRE work to develop together.

T - Tension and Trauma
R - Releasing
E - Exercises

This session guides you through from a welcoming grounding, 7 exercises to develop your tremors and allow space for your tensions, whether that be physical or emotional to release and move from your body up.

I've found this practice profound how it can heal from within with no need for words or explanation.

Whilst it's Chelsea Flower Show we have really noticed the glorious blooms here... The garden has taken off and become our own Cornish Jungle with more wild flowers than we have ever seen before

'Lowarth' means Garden in Cornish, which was the language spoken here in Cornwall.

Dan and I love finding out about our local heritage and using Cornish words to depict our little slice of heaven and share with you.

The Lowarth was grown from a grass field over the last 37years into this paradise by his parents and now we are the custodians of this gorgeous place.

So much love was put into everything that has been planted here... thanks goes out to his mum and dad 💓

It's utterly beautiful, nurturing your mind, body and soul.

Sits nestled under the woodland walk trees, looking out amongst the beautiful foliage.

This area of the garden is planted to showcase plants that grow perfectly in shaded areas or North facing gardens 🌱 #inspiration

We designed Maple with everything in mind for comfort and relaxation.

From the inside out, Dan and I have upcycled all we could... from the huge sunroom window that looks out onto the fields, the kitchen walls made of Maple wood from a primary school floor, to the outside cladding made of recycled CD cases!

Creating Maple was a labour of love.

The Ginkgo Biloba is a species of tree native to China... The species is over 290 million years old!

We are lucky enough to wonder every day at it's beauty, connect with nature and our forgotten past.

It's fascinating to see the Ginkgo's leaves change through the seasons... I feel the texture is like succulents, with a large fan shape full of veins.

They turn from tiny heart shapes into a gorgeous lime green leaf in the Spring to darker green in the Summer sun to these golden yellow in Autumn.

Keep your eyes peeled when you are amongst the trees, watch out for a special and rare moment to take in the incredible ancient Ginkgo Biloba 💚

From clearing the misfit objects, finding them new homes, lots of wood from this year's fallen trees has been stacked so now we have space to have a proper summer clean!

The Kara has always been a special place for us as Dan built it for our wedding with the idea of hosting classes, workshops and events to our guests so they too can marvel in the middle of this spectacular garden 🌱

The time has come to get back on track with opening once more 💚
